Complete tasks for the end of the school year

At the end of each school year, there are a number of tasks you must complete in Aspen. The sequence you complete these tasks is important, since some tasks are dependent on others. Click on a task below for more details:

Step	Task	Date Completed
1	Graduate seniors.
2	Run state reports.
3	Archive student and staff data to the Student Context Attributes and Staff Context Attributes system tables (optional).
4	Run the End-of-Year Rollover wizard.
5	Check random students for their correct grade level, enrollment status, etc.
6	Run the Staff End-of-Year Rollover.
